What you need to know before booking!

What is a drop-in visit?

There's no need to feel guilty about leaving your pet home alone. A drop-in visit to your home gives your pet maximum care, even when you can’t be there. We will be happy to drop in and let your pet out to do their business while you are away. If you need us to feed them and play with them we can do that as well! Need a litter box or puppy pads changed? We can do that too! Whatever it is, we will be happy to accommodate your pet's needs!

How long do you stay and how many visits a day can you do?

We currently offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and one hour drop-in visits! After 5:30pm, we only offer thirty minute visits.

Depending on our availability, we can do up to four visits throughout the day. We currently only offer one hour drop-in per day. If you have any questions regarding this topic, please let us know!

How far are you willing to drive?

Because we have dogs at our home year round, we will not drive farther than thirty minutes away for a drop-in visit. This ensures the pets at home are still getting a high quality level of care and attention! We do charge 50 cents per mile driven there and back for anything over ten minutes away to account for the time we are away from home.

Do you do drop-ins for pets other than dogs?

If you need care for cats, small animals, or large animals, we can do that too! Please send us a message if this is needed!

How do you charge?

We currently charge per visit and per pet (Each additional pet is at a discounted cost)! Go to the service rate page to see our current rates.

How do I get started?

If you would like drop-in visits to your home, we will be happy to come to your home for a free meet and greet! This way we can see what all we will need to do and meet your beloved pet!

All new and previous clients must fill out the Introduction Form (Contracts) so that we may learn about your fur babies personality and to provide you with more details of what is required. Please fill out the form below if you would like to be sent a copy of this form. It will need to be printed, read/filled out entirely, and brought to The Dog Dasher, or scanned and emailed back. If you are not able to print this, please let us know, and we would be happy to provide you with a copy.
